Refund Policy

Roof Control is operated by RVL Enterprise LLC. Every Roof Control Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime from the billing area inside the app — no questions asked, no refund needed.

After the trial

Once your trial ends, your monthly or annual plan begins. Because you had a full 14 days to try the product before paying, we generally do not issue refunds on completed billing periods. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Billing problems and disputes

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Roof Control purchases. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or have another billing issue:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  2. Contact our support team through the in-app help channel and we'll forward your case to Paddle.

Refund requests outside the cases above are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
